Career Objective
Obtain a meaningful and challenging position in the field of nutrition/food service that enables me to offer others the benefit of my experience and expertise with a potential for future advancement
Short Term
- Upon graduation and completion of my VA San Diego Healthcare System internship I will pass the exam to become a Registered Dietitian
- To be active in professional memberships, volunteering, and networking within my field
- To further develop my computer application skills as they apply to developing patient education materials
Long Term
- Continue to learn and acquire continuing education credits in the field of nutrition and food service
- Become an entrepreneur and start my own nutrition counseling business
- Work for a company whose work ethic, objectives, morals and values match my own
